3. Pricing & Payment

Prices shown on this website are indicative and exclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Fees are invoiced according to the milestones in your agreement. Where we offer online payment, it is processed by SSLCommerz, a payment aggregator licensed by Bangladesh Bank; we never see or store your card or mobile-banking credentials.

Work on a milestone begins once the corresponding payment has been confirmed.

4. Proposals & Confirmation

An engagement is confirmed when both parties sign the agreement, or when you accept the proposal in writing and the initial payment is received. We may decline or cancel an engagement in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or where we are unable to deliver the requested work.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless your agreement states otherwise, you own the deliverables once they are paid for in full; we retain the rights to our pre-existing tools, libraries, and know-how. All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is our property or that of our licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, to use the website lawfully, and not to engage in any activity that violates the laws of Bangladesh or the rules and policies of Bangladesh Bank.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website or our services.
